Pipedrive pricing explained (2026): the new plan names, real costs, and the add-on trap
If you researched Pipedrive before 2026, forget the plan names you memorized. Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power and Enterprise are gone; the lineup is now Lite, Growth, Premium, Ultimate. The prices shifted too. Here is the current structure, what the add-ons really cost, and the honest tier for small teams.
The four plans (verified October 23, 2026, annual billing, EUR list prices)
- Lite — €14/seat/month annual (€168/seat/year). Leads, deals, contacts, calendar and pipeline management, AI report creation, 500+ integrations, and Pipedrive Nova meeting intelligence.
- Growth — €39/seat/month annual (€468/seat/year). Adds full email sync with tracking, automations and nurturing sequences, subscription products with forecasts, meeting scheduler, contacts timeline.
- Premium — €59/seat/month annual (€708/seat/year). Adds LeadBooster lead capture and routing, custom scoring, data enrichment, AI-powered multi-email tools, contracts and e-signatures, enhanced customization.
- Ultimate — €79/seat/month annual (€948/seat/year). Adds security rules and alerts, phone and email enrichment, a sandbox account, extended support hours, and partner discounts.
There is no free plan — every tier starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Monthly billing exists but runs higher than the annual figures shown here; Pipedrive advertises savings of up to 42% on annual terms. We captured the annual column; check the current monthly column before you commit.
Monthly math at 3, 8, and 20 seats (annual billing)
| Seats | Lite | Growth | Premium | Ultimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | €42/mo | €117/mo | €177/mo | €237/mo |
| 8 | €112/mo | €312/mo | €472/mo | €632/mo |
| 20 | €280/mo | €780/mo | €1,180/mo | €1,580/mo |
The jump from Lite (€14) to Growth (€39) is the steepest relative step in the lineup — nearly triple. That is because Growth is where email sync, automations and revenue forecasting live: the features that make a CRM a CRM rather than a contact list.
The add-on trap
Pipedrive prices several headline features as add-ons, per company, on top of any plan:
- LeadBooster — from €32.50/mo (included in Premium and above)
- Projects — from €16/mo (project management inside the CRM)
- Campaigns — from €13.33/mo (email marketing)
- Web Visitors — from €41/mo (identify companies browsing your site)
- Smart Docs — from €32.50/mo (documents and e-sign)
A Lite plan at €14/seat looks cheap until you add Projects and Campaigns for a light post-sale workflow — then a 3-seat team is at roughly €93/month before you notice. Price your stack on the vendor's calculator, not on the plan card.
Which tier a small team actually needs
- Lite (€14) if you mainly need a clean pipeline with deal stages, activities and reports — and you will tolerate manual follow-ups. AI report generation is included, which is more generous than it sounds.
- Growth (€39) if follow-up discipline is your weak point: email sync, tracking, and automations are the features that convert a pipeline you look at into a pipeline that works. For most sales-led teams of 3–15, this is the honest answer.
- Premium (€59) only when lead capture (LeadBooster) and e-signature contracts become daily needs — usually 10+ seats or an outbound-heavy motion.
- Ultimate (€79) for teams with compliance or security requirements, or those who need a sandbox. Skip it for its own sake.
Who should not buy Pipedrive
- Teams that want marketing automation included. Email campaigns are an add-on, and a basic one. If your motion is "send newsletters to a big list," a dedicated email platform is the better spend.
- Solo founders at €0 budget. There is no free tier, and the trial is 14 days. If you cannot pay yet, a free-tier CRM (see our free-CRM alternatives guide, coming) buys you time.
- Teams that need deep product ops. Pipedrive is deliberately sales-shaped. Support desks and product analytics need other tools.
What we cannot verify
Plan names, limits, and prices above come from Pipedrive's own pricing page, verified October 23, 2026; the vendor has renamed plans recently and may adjust again — we re-check quarterly and note changes. Prices are list prices in EUR; regional pricing and negotiated terms may differ. Our hands-on testing cycle is in progress — the full review will add account screenshots, real setup-time measurements, and friction points per our How We Test process. We cannot yet speak to support quality or long-term reliability at each tier.
